かつてアメリカにはmuckrakersと呼ばれる作家軍団がいた。彼らは左翼でも右翼でもなくアメリカの腐敗堕落をあばき、悲惨な社会問題を描いて読者諸相の心を捉えた。Upton SinclairやSinclair Lewisがその筆頭で、高度成長期の人間群像や意識構造と取り組んだ。日本にも石川達三や松本清張がいた。高度成長期のダーカーサイドを描いたが、今は不在。残念ながらmuckrakerはゼロである。唯一私がその役を担い、『日朝、もし戦えば』（中公）、『愚劣少年法』（同）、『日本の次の戦争』など、多くの作品を出し今日にいたる。
警鐘作家として以下の内容で調査を継続し、実社会に毎日登場する社会問題と取り組んでいる。項目的に分ければ以下のとおりであろう。
(1) 国会議事や東京都政における諸問題につきシンクタンク調査をおこなう。
(2) 日米や日中関係の政経および防衛問題と取り組む。
(3) 私立学園の教員の教授実態、カリキュラム、財政問題を調査診断する。
(4) 教育事業者の行き過ぎた不正を質す。
(5) 出版や新聞報道に記事や情報を提供し示唆をあたえる。
上記五項目のうち、(1)と(2)はその成果を新聞発表し、(3)と(4)は自発的にも調査するが、学園からの依頼をうけて調査し、改良を加えることも多い。この事業を継続するにあたり、各種機関からの情報を提供します。(5)については、現在、毎日のように新聞・雑誌から取材を受け、記事を掲載している。

主宰の自己紹介でも触れましたように、アカデミア総研はすでに学会や外国の学園、研究機関、政府・官公庁とできたパイプをもって、活動しています。したがって、いつもホットな情報を駆使して、新聞や雑誌に論考を加えることが可能です。またほかの日本人と異なり、日朝友好がたいせつだとも主張しています。軍事アナリストと誤解されますが違います。敢えて言えば防衛アナリストの側面があり、有効な防衛は戦争をする雰囲気になる以前に相手方と仲良くなることで融和し共存共栄を旨として動きこそが、最大の防衛策だと説いています。

例えば、主著『日朝、もし戦えば』（中央公論社）の出版に際しては、湾岸戦争当時の防衛庁長官であった国会議員石川要三氏のご理解を得て、帯文と前書きを書いて貰い、北朝鮮との交渉の座に就いておられる官僚の方々全員にこれを配布し、一旦、日朝が戦火を交えれば、どんなに痛ましい悲劇が双方に及ぶか、これを熟知してもらって、交渉の場に臨んでいただいた。今だから申しますが、「決してラストワードは吐きません」との決意ももらいました。この著はＪＲも注目してくれまして、新幹線や警備や水脈の厳重管理も果たせました。
『愚劣少年法』（中央公論社）では弁護士会を動かし、矛盾だらけの少年法に対峙した主人公の弁護士がこの法律が不十分であるがゆえに正義を通せない苦悩を描きました。遂には神経障害にまで至る懊悩は読む人の涙を誘いました。発刊後、弁護士会には広められ、これ以降、少年法には厳正さが加わりました。
阪神淡路大震災では濱野自身が救出作業を通じて、被災者の苦悩を聞き取り、兵庫県庁が算出した復興費用６４００億円をもって、当時自治大臣だった野中広務氏の大臣室を訪れ、さらに４００億円の必要性を説いて、６８００億円で決着をつけました。現時点での活動概要は夕刊紙からご推察ください。

Our aims are firstly maintaining present peaceful relations with every country around us and secondly presenting necessary steps to keep better conditions with them supported by the American political, economic as well as cultural understandings. We are in the midst of promoting peaceful program of developing offshore oil fields with USA, Japan and China. This project has a great effect of avoiding wars of ownership insistence. And we also make efforts to keep ownerships of Japanese islands as well. Japan has lately showed her stance globalism to keep good relationships with near-by country, and their interdisciplinary study could be effective to find the best method, but since Mr. Donald J. Trump became the President of the United States, politics, economics, monetary funds, security problems have been changing remarkably and US power has also shifted into the new status quo in the world. We are therefore making active tackles presenting new methods to the media.

He has therefore kept in touch with academic world, governmental offices, municipal offices, and for many years he has published lots of books and articles.
